This magnificent piece of furniture is an antique Mahogany display cabinet, dating circa 1900- 1920s (Late Edwardian to Interwar period). Designed with an elegant bowfront structure, it features a central solid mahogany panel door flanked by two astral-glazed display doors boasting classic Gothic or cathedral-style tracery. The upper structure is crowned with a beautifully carved, shaped gallery splashback featuring a gadrooned top edge, while the entire cabinet stands gracefully on classic cabriole legs terminating in detailed claw-and-ball feet. Complete with its original damask-patterned fabric lining and glass shelving, this statement cabinet perfectly captures the grand, timeless craftsmanship of early 20th-century British cabinetry.
