Vintage Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Jardinière Planter

A handsome example of Wedgwood's iconic Blue Jasperware, this jardinière planter features the maker's signature Portland Blue ground adorned with crisp white relief decoration in the neoclassical tradition.

The body is encircled by draped grapevine garlands suspending from lion-mask ring handles, flanked by robed Muse figures — motifs that remain among the most celebrated in English ceramic history. A delicate floral frieze runs along the upper rim, finished with a fine white band at the base.
