This piece is a porcelain figurine is depicting a woman in 18th-century Rococo / Georgian-era dress, recognizable by the style of her gown. These types of figurines, often richly hand-painted with a blue bodice and a voluminous orange/reddish skirt, were popular as decorative objects, particularly from the 18th century onward and again in revival periods such as the mid-20th century. 

The condition: Back part have chipping.
