An antique plate in dark cobalt blue and white, it has a wide floral border. It was made in England, around 1900, by Keeling & Co. The pattern is called Chatsworth 1790.
There are surface scratches which I have tried to show in the last photo.
Approx measurements:
19cm / 7 1/2"Marked Keeling & Co, Pattern Chatsworth.
Years active 1887-1936/7.
The mark used here dates from 1887+ after 1891 it usually has 'ENGLAND' and after 1909 often has 'LTD
