An Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany and Fabric Upholstered Piano Stool

An exquisite antique piano storage stool from the Edwardian period (c. 1900-1910). This functional piece features a beautiful dark mahogany or walnut frame with refined turned details on the arms and legs. The seat is hinged and lifts up (as seen in the second image) to reveal a spacious compartment, perfect for storing sheet music, hymnals, or other items. The backrest has an attractive spindle or rail design with a central decorative carving. The upholstered seat cushion, shown here in a lovely floral chintz pattern, adds a touch of classic comfort and romance.
