An enchanting vintage Chinese cloisonne trinket box dating from the 1970 - 1980s. It has been created from brass in the shape of a four leaf clover and hand decorated in rich jewel shades of enamel. The hinged lid features a pair of partridges with lotus flowers and the sides have been decorated with traditional flower blossoms on branches. The interior and the underside feature a classic vibrant blue turquoise enamel.
